Research Opportunities
Nano-CEMMS provides two summer research opportunities for undergraduate students. To be eligible for one
of these programs, a student must be:
- Majoring in the physical sciences or engineering
- An undergraduate with at least one year left to complete a degree
- A U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Program participants receive hands-on nanoscience and technology experience through research in all
of the Nano-CEMMS thrust areas. The research projects are designed and supervised by the faculty and
graduate students. Both programs offer opportunities for students to present their research.
