Status:

• Demonstrated the process with a 1mm2 stamp with sub-50 nm features
• Demonstrated patterning of silver and copper
• Showed the feasibility of economic stamp production by embossing against a master

Current Challenges:

• Better models are required for process control and integration.
• Design/adapting of a system for large-area patterning is underway.
